Coaching for Change

'The coaching sessions were an opportunity to focus on me, something I don’t normally do; to reflect and take stock. At times this was challenging. Psychology and Change
As psychologists we are experienced in supporting behavioural change and as organisational consultants we understand how to work with change in challenging and complex settings.
